How can I get in touch? 

Use the email form on the Contact page to send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

 

I just signed up. When will I receive my first installment? 

We ship to our subscribers once a month around mid-month. If you sign up after that month's mail has been sent, yours will ship with the next month. There is flexibility in this schedule, so please get in touch with any special requests or questions.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do! The cost of the international subscriptions is the same as domestic. Simply type in your international shipping address at checkout. Your letters will be shipped with an international USPS stamp. 

Do you provide tracking? 

We ship with USPS stamps, so we do not provide tracking on international or domestic orders. 

What if my order gets lost in the mail? 

If an edition is lost in the mail, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. Get in touch with us if you think that may have happened.

How long will this be available? 

This is a limited edition mail club, with 100 editions. You will be able to sign up until January 5th, 2027, or until we sell out of the edition of 100. 

How do I cancel my subscription? 

Use the 'Manage Subscription' link in the menu of this pay to access your subscription controls. You may also get in touch with us to do it on our end.

What is “interactive paper art”? 

Interactive paper art is just as it sounds: art made with paper that’s meant to be interactive. You can touch, spin, fold out, pull apart, or pop up the piece of art that Sarah Ann has created, in order to engage more senses while experiencing the photographs. Sarah Ann is employing a different paper engineering technique in each month’s art piece.
